配置完企微信后，无法同步

配置完企业微信后，同步人员报错：

服务器版本是8.1.2 ，不知道是哪一步有问题

这个是同步的时候要删除某个人，发现这个人有关联的职务信息。所以它没法删除。需要清除相关人员的职务信息
